House of Vibration Live Events and Retreats Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a House of Vibration live event or retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions, ensuring transparency and clarity for both parties involved.

Payment Terms

• Payment in Full: If you choose to pay in full for the event or retreat, no refunds will be issued after payment is made.
• Payment Plan: You have the option to enroll in a payment plan. You may cancel future payments at any time; however, all payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.
• Completion of Payment: If your package includes participation in a live event or retreat, all payments must be completed prior to the event. Failure to complete payments will result in the forfeiture of your participation without refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Payment Plan Cancellations: You may cancel future payments at any time without penalty. However, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Event Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by House of Vibration, you will be offered the choice of a refund or the opportunity to transfer your payment towards a future event.
• Participant Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your participation, the refund policy will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event will result in forfeiture of your retreat payment or deposit unless otherwise stated. For more flexibility, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes.

Visa and Travel Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet any visa or entry requirements for the country hosting the retreat or event. House of Vibration is not responsible for obtaining visas or ensuring entry into any country.
Any travel-related expenses (including visas) are solely your responsibility.

Travel Insurance

For international retreats, it is highly recommended that participants purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances such as flight delays, cancellations, health emergencies, or personal travel interruptions. House of Vibration will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to missed or delayed flights, lost baggage, or other travel disruptions.

Safety and Precautions

While House of Vibration takes necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, you acknowledge that participation in retreats and events involves inherent risks. House of Vibration is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the event or retreat.
You agree to assume full responsibility for your personal safety, health, and well-being during the event or retreat.

Liability for Travel and Belongings

House of Vibration is not liable for any lost or delayed flights, baggage, or personal belongings during your travel to and from the event or retreat. It is your responsibility to secure any necessary travel insurance for such occurrences.

Health and Medical Information

By participating in the retreat, you confirm that you are physically fit to partake in the activities provided. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or other concerns, it is your responsibility to notify House of Vibration in advance. You must also carry your own health insurance, as House of Vibration is not liable for any medical expenses that may arise during the event.

Force Majeure

House of Vibration is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, strikes, or governmental restrictions. If the event must be canceled or rescheduled due to such circumstances, you will be provided with the option to transfer your payment to a future event or receive a refund at the discretion of House of Vibration.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the event or retreat will remain confidential. Both parties agree to maintain discretion and privacy regarding any discussions or experiences shared.

Intellectual Property

Any materials or content provided during the event or retreat remain the intellectual property of House of Vibration. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from House of Vibration.

No Guarantees or Warranties

Participation in a House of Vibration retreat or event is designed to offer guidance and spiritual growth. However, no specific outcomes are guaranteed, as personal progress depends on your engagement and commitment.

Limitation of Liability

House of Vibration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses incurred during your participation in the event or retreat. You agree to release and hold harmless House of Vibration from any liability resulting from your participation.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in accordance with these laws.
